How long will my order take?

Most items are made to order, so please allow extra time for creation and shipping. This is a one-woman operation, so I really appreciate your patience!

Do you accept custom orders or commissions?

Yes! I'd absolutely love to bring your vision to life. Whether you have a specific idea, an event, or just a vibe, please reach out at studiopinkplume@gmail.com. I insist! (But also no pressure - you do you!)

What is the return policy?

There is a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase, and you're responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: custom/personalized items and ear jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If something is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at studiopinkplume@gmail.com so we can make it right.
